Refund policy

Stillthread 21, Stillthread Nidra and the bundle come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If within 30 days of purchase you feel the program isn't right for you, email us and we'll refund your full payment. No forms and no questions. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.

Stillthread Circle (monthly membership) can be cancelled online at any time from the link in your receipt email. You keep access until the end of the month you've already paid for.

Private sessions with Dejan: Sessions are paid in advance when you book. You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time; a cancellation gives you a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, and missed sessions, are not refunded, but you may reschedule once within 30 days as a courtesy. If you arrive late, the session still ends at its scheduled time. If Dejan has to cancel or reschedule, you choose between a new time and a full refund. All times are confirmed in your own time zone in the booking confirmation.

Terms of use

Stillthread is a relaxation and well-being program. It is not medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment, and it does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. It does not replace care from a doctor or therapist. Please practice within what feels comfortable for you, and check with a professional first if you are pregnant, injured, or being treated for a health or mental health condition. If you are in crisis in the United States, call or text 988.

All program content, recordings, texts and materials are protected by copyright and are for your personal use only.

Privacy

• Your journal entries and progress in the Stillthread apps are stored on your own device. We don't see them.
• If you take the quiz and choose to leave your name and email, we use them to send your pattern guide and occasional emails from Stillthread. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• We never sell your information.
